Shipping costs

The shipping is displayed separately when purchasing for each product (UK and Republic of Ireland).

Delivery date:

The delivery times for all products depend on the product and are stated on our website for each product. Should it not be possible to ad-here to the expected delivery date Chic Tiles shall inform you here of and notify you of the new delivery date.

 

Return of Faulty Goods Received:

We ask that customer fully inspect all products received on the day of delivery. To ensure a speedy resolution, we must be notified of any items that arrive faulty or damaged within 24hrs of receipt.

We will then advise the next course of action, we will contact you and either arrange collection, ask for goods to be returned back to us or disposal of goods, never dispose of goods without our notification. Should we request that you send goods back to us, we ask that you include a receipt for any postage costs that you may incur so that we may refund the full cost of postage.

 

Please note: All goods reported as faulty will be tested by manufacturers, if it is determined the goods are not faulty or if the faults are deemed to be caused by damage or abuse this will void any warranty, goods will be returned to you and no refund or replacement issued.
