Shipping info
Tiles orders would be dispatched from our warehouse from Spain and the shipping cost would be displayed separately when purchasing for each product in the Shopping Cart once the delivery address would be added. It is not included on the price of the product.
Please note that products cannot be purchased together if they are not from the same manufacturer. Please contact us for a quotation if your order contains different products.
We ship to UK and any destination within the European Union – Rep. Ireland, Northern Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Hungry, Poland, Greece, The Netherlands, etc.
For UK, please contact us to get a quote on the shipping cost. We pay all customs duties. For other countries which are not listed, please contact us via email: support@chictiles.ie

Delivery information
Delivery date: Between 15 to 20 working days. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that the carrier experiences (bad weather, strike, etc). We appreciate your understanding and would like to assure you that we are doing everything we possibly can to process your order ASAP.
Delivery of Goods: Any quantity lesser than 10 boxes WILL NOT be sent unless it is accompanied by other materials or it is a completion of previous orders. Goods will not be dispatched for delivery without first receiving full payment.
