What types of tiles do you sell? We offer a wide variety of tiles, including interior tiles, exterior tiles, mosaics, wall stones, wall tiles, and bathroom accessories. You can browse our selection by category on our website.

Can I see samples of the tiles before I order? Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer physical samples for our online customers. But you can find some at our showroom in New Ross, Wexford. However, we have high-quality images and detailed descriptions of all our tiles on the website. You can also use our “Request A Quote” option on some product pages to receive all the information you need.

How do I choose the right tile for my project? Consider factors like location (interior or exterior), foot traffic, desired style and maintenance needs. We have helpful information on our website to narrow down your options. Additionally, our friendly customer service team is happy to assist you with any questions.

Where do you deliver? We currently deliver to UK and any destination within the European Union – Rep. Ireland, Northern Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Hungry, Poland, Greece, The Netherlands, etc.

How much does delivery cost? Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight and size of your order.

What is your return policy? Unused and unopened tiles can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please refer to our full return policy on the website for details.

Do you offer installation services? We currently don’t offer installation services. However, we can recommend some reputable tiling contractors in your area upon request, if we have that kind of information.

How can I care for my tiles? We provide care and maintenance instructions for each type of tile. Additionally, you can find helpful resources online or consult with a professional tiler.
